Umbrella Development, LLC, was founded in 2009 by brothers Wes and Andy Encinger. Headquartered in Grand Island, Nebraska, it specializes in real estate development, spec and custom homes in the area. The brothers have been building and developing real estate for 25 years and played a significant role in the RC Towers development in Rapid City, South Dakota. Umbrella builds and owns numerous residential and commercial rental properties throughout Nebraska.
We strive to utilize the most up-to-date technologies in homebuilding. Umbrella focuses on quality and efficiency by using the latest software available on the market. This creates low energy costs, saving our customers money while being environmentally friendly.
